The parking area which takes 4 cars is flat but there are two steps down to enter the garden area, which leads to the front door.
Entrance to the porch has one step and another step to the hall. Floor tiled
Lounge – The lounge is flat and quite large. Floor carpeted
Dining Room – This is where the breakfast is served. There is one high step into the Dining Room from the Hall. Floor Carpeted
Stairs to First Floor Landing and Bedrooms
Stairs
The stairs are approx. 2ft x 7 inches wide and 7 inches in depth. There are 14 steps and then a flat area and another 2 steps off to the rooms. The stairs are carpeted with a solid wood banister.
The landing is carpeted.
All three bedrooms are carpeted
All bedrooms have key operated locks and smoke detectors.
We do not accept any pets
We have no signs or literature in Braille
Due to the nature of the building, we regret that it is not suitable for people that are confined to wheelchairs or any who struggle to use stairs..

Guests are welcome to walk around the garden and use the garden seating
